If you have access to a truck or trailer, you can drop off your excess waste at the Oakville dump – it’s located in Milton – and it serves the entire Halton Region. However, in most cases, there are extra fees to pay. Only a few items are free. Most materials incur a sizable dumping fee.
As you’ll see, you can make your life easier and call Halton Container to rent you a dumpster and haul it for you. At a lower cost than doing it yourself. The Oakville Dump is officially called the Halton Waste Management Site.
Locals sometimes call it the Oakville dump for ease of reference – or the Burlington dump, or the Milton dump – however, the dumping facility is located in Milton near Rattlesnake Point.
It serves as the town dump for all of the Halton region including Burlington, Oakville, and Milton and Halton Hills.
